Tell us the delivery address, setup surface, gate access, stairs, electrical access, and any special instructions.
Important Information
Before Rental Day
- Complete both required forms before the scheduled delivery date.
- Make sure the setup area is clean, accessible, and free of vehicles, pet waste, branches, sharp objects, and other hazards.
- Secure all pets and unlock gates before the delivery team arrives.
- An adult age 18 or older must be available when required for delivery, setup, inspection, and pickup.
- Weather, difficult access, incorrect information, or an unsafe setup area may delay, relocate, or cancel setup.
